Seasonality is one of the pillars of our kitchen philosophy, and the changing seasons have always influenced what appears on our plates. Autumn is also a time of changes in the GUSTO Restaurant menu. We replace light summer dishes with those that will warm up and saturate our palates on cooler days.
When creating the new autumn menu, we focused, as always, on high-quality products. Our cuisine is a rather unusual fusion of Alpine cuisine, somewhere on the border of Italy, Switzerland and France with local products. Our culinary style has been appreciated by the guests of Tremonti Ski & Bike and the inhabitants of Karpacz for over a year.
