The strength of Tremonti Ski & Bike Resort is a team of experienced hoteliers who share their knowledge and skills. We focus on developing creativity and discovering talents as well as helping in their continuous improvement. At the same time, we build a work culture in which cooperation plays a key role and the basic skill is to listen to the needs of co-workers.
Our vision is to be one of the most beautiful and recognizable resorts in the Giant Mountains, Poland and Europe. We want to inspire and motivate our team so that everyone can freely develop their talents, broaden their horizons and build a hotel for the most demanding guests with us.

This is the motto we follow when building relationships with our guests and in our team. By showing guests around the interiors of the hotel, as licensed guides, we share our experience and knowledge of local traditions, regional cuisine and numerous attractions in Karpacz and its vicinity. Our strength is a discreet team that accompanies guests from the first contact, through booking and stay, and even after its completion.
