Due to changes in tax regulations from January 1, 2020, in order to receive a VAT invoice for the company, please provide complete details (name, address, tax ID), no later than at the time of prepayment or providing a credit card number for charging. Without this information, issuing an invoice at a later date will be impossible.
At check-in, a valid photo ID and credit card are required.
Special requests will be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Act - Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts - including the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protecting minors, we kindly ask guests traveling with children to present the child's identity documents at check-in.
