Important information

Due to changes in tax regulations from January 1, 2020, to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide full details (name, address, VAT number) no later than at the time of prepayment or providing the credit card number for charging. Without this information, issuing an invoice at a later date will be impossible.
Upon check-in, presenting a valid photo ID and credit card is required.
Special requests will be fulfilled depending on availability and may incur an additional charge.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts, including the Act of May 13, 2016, on Counteracting Sexual Crime Threats and Protecting Minors, guests travelling with children are required to present the child's identity documents during check-in.
Accepted documents include, among others: identity card, school ID, passport, mCitizen app, Internet Patient Account, civil status certificate, or other documents confirming identity and kinship. If the child is travelling with a person other than a parent, written or notarized parental consent is required.
