Important information

Due to the change in tax regulations from January 1, 2020, in order to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide complete details (name, address, tax identification number) no later than when making a prepayment or providing the credit card number for charging. Without this information, issuing an invoice at a later date will not be possible.
At the time of check-in, a valid photo ID and credit card are required.
Special requests will be fulfilled depending on availability, and their fulfillment may be subject to an additional charge.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other laws including the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats related to sexual crimes and protecting minors, guests traveling with children are required to present the child's identity documents during check-in.
