Due to changes in tax regulations as of January 1, 2020, to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide full details (name, address, VAT number) no later than at the time of prepayment or when providing the credit card number for charging. Without this information, issuing an invoice at a later date will be impossible.
At check-in, presenting a valid photo ID and credit card is required.
