TOURIST TAX:

• Local tax amounting to 3.30 PLN / 1 person / 1 day, applies to stays longer than 1 day, payable on site at the hotel.

ROOM SERVICE:

• Available from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

• Due to changes in tax regulations from January 1, 2020, to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide full details (name, address, VAT number) no later than at the time of prepayment or providing a credit card number for charging. Without this information, issuing an invoice at a later date will be impossible.
• Upon check-in, it is required to show a valid photo ID and a credit card.
• Special requests will be fulfilled subject to availability, and their fulfillment may be subject to an additional charge.

• To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other laws including the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats of sexual crimes and protecting minors, we kindly ask persons traveling with children to present the child's identity documents at check-in.

  Accepted documents include, among others: ID card, school ID, passport, mObywatel app, Internet Patient Account, birth certificate, or other documents confirming identity and kinship. If the child is traveling with someone other than a parent, a written or notarized parental consent is required.
