Łomnica is one of the wildest rivers in the Karkonosze Mountains, on which a retention reservoir was built in the years 1910-1915. In the old days, brave Walloons used to move along the river valley in search of precious stones.
The crown of the dam measures about 105 meters and a red hiking trail runs through it, which will lead you to large blocks of rock. It is worth staying here for a while and looking at the picturesque cascades created as a result of excess water. Nearby there is also a park with sculptures of animals and the famous Rüpper!
