• Local tax of 3.46 PLN / 1 person / 1 day, applies to stays longer than 1 day, payable on site at the hotel.

ROOM SERVICE:

• Due to changes in tax regulations effective from January 1, 2020, to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide complete details (name, address, VAT ID), no later than at the time of prepayment or providing the credit card number for charging. Without this information, issuing an invoice at a later date will be impossible.
• At check-in, presenting a valid photo ID and credit card is required.
• Special requests will be fulfilled subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other laws including the Act of May 13, 2016, on Counteracting Sexual Crime Threats and Protecting Minors, we ask guests traveling with children to present the child's identity documents at check-in.

  Accepted documents include, but are not limited to: ID card, school ID, passport, mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, civil status certificate, or other documents confirming identity and kinship. If the child is traveling with someone other than the parent, a written or notarized parental consent must be presented.
