• Due to changes in tax regulations effective from January 1, 2020, in order to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide full details (name, address, VAT number) no later than at the time of prepayment or providing a credit card number for charging. Without this information, issuing an invoice at a later date will be impossible.
• At check-in, a valid photo ID and credit card must be presented.
• Special requests will be fulfilled subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

  Accepted documents include: ID card, student ID, passport, mObywatel app, Internet Patient Account, civil status certificate, or other documents confirming identity and kinship. If the child is traveling with someone other than a parent, written or notarized parental consent must be presented.
