TOURIST TAX:

• Local tax in the amount of 3.46 PLN / 1 person / 1 night, applies to stays longer than 1 night, payable on site at the hotel.

ROOM SERVICE:

• Available from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

• Due to tax law changes effective January 1, 2020, to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide full data (name, address, VAT number) no later than at the time of prepayment or when providing a credit card number for charging. Without such information, issuing the invoice at a later date will be impossible.
• At check-in, a valid photo ID and credit card are required.
• Special requests will be fulfilled depending on availability and may be subject to an additional charge.

• To ensure a smooth check-in process, according to the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and some other acts, including the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting sexual offenses and protecting minors, travelers with children are requested to present children's identity documents at check-in.

  Accepted documents include: ID card, school ID, passport, mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, birth certificate, or other documents confirming identity and kinship. If the child is traveling with a person other than a parent, written or notarized consent from the parents is required.
