Important information

Due to changes in tax regulations from January 1, 2020, to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide complete details (name, address, VAT number) no later than at the time of prepayment or providing a credit card number for charging. Without this information, issuing the invoice at a later date will be impossible.
At check-in, a valid photo ID and credit card must be presented.
Special requests will be fulfilled depending on availability and may be subject to an additional charge.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023 amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other laws, including the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protecting minors, guests traveling with children are asked to present the child's identity documents upon check-in.
Accepted documents include, among others: ID card, school ID, passport, mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, civil status certificate, or other documents confirming identity and kinship. If a child is traveling with a person other than a parent, a written or notarized consent from the parents must be presented.
