ROOM SERVICE:

• Available from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

• Due to tax regulation changes from January 1, 2020, to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide full details (name, address, VAT number) no later than payment or credit card authorization. Without this, issuing an invoice later will be impossible.
• A valid photo ID and credit card must be presented at check-in.
• Special requests will be fulfilled subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

• To ensure a smooth check-in process, according to the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and other laws, including the Act of May 13, 2016, on countering sexual crime risks and protecting minors, guests traveling with children must present the child's identity documents at check-in.

  Accepted documents include ID card, school ID, passport, mObywatel, Patient Internet Account, civil status certificate, or other proofs of identity and kinship. If the child travels with someone other than a parent, a written or notarized parental consent is required.
