Chef Maciej Morański is the Chef of the GUSTO Restaurant in Karpacz. He gained his first culinary experience in seaside restaurants in Poland and Germany. It combines traditional recipes from different cultures and corners of the world, creating unique interpretations of classic dishes. He values a creative approach to cooking, commitment and a professional team. He started his adventure with Gusto in January 2021 as the Deputy Chef, and from May 2022 as the Chef. In March 2022, the GUSTO Restaurant was awarded with 4 forks in the prestigious culinary competition 2022 Poland 100 Best Restaurants.
