Important information

Due to changes in tax regulations effective from January 1, 2020, in order to receive a VAT invoice for a company, please provide complete details (name, address, VAT number) no later than at the time of prepayment or providing the credit card number for charging. Without this information, issuing an invoice at a later date will be impossible.
At check-in, it is required to present a valid photo ID and a credit card.
Special requests will be fulfilled depending on availability, and their fulfillment may be subject to an additional charge.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023 amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts, including the Act of May 13, 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crimes and protection of minors, we ask persons traveling with children to present the child's identity documents during check-in.
Accepted documents include: ID card, school ID, passport, mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, birth certificate or other documents confirming identity and kinship. If the child is traveling with a person other than a parent, a written or notarized parental consent is required.
