A completely spontaneous trip to Karpacz — and just as spontaneous a booking — turned out to be a real wow experience. Everything was brand new, and during the season the heated outdoor pool was very inviting for a swim. We were pleasantly surprised by everything else, too. The place looks much better in person than in the photos. And that scent in the hallways… just magical. The breakfast was truly fit for royalty. Having pork neck on the breakfast menu turned out to be a great idea! The front desk staff were very friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back.

A new hotel, tastefully decorated and in a great location. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfasts were very good, and we especially liked the idea of offering soup for children. There’s an indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, and a playroom for both younger and older kids. Highly recommended for families — and not just families!
A great hotel in a perfect location with beautiful views! Spacious parking, including an underground garage. The Italian restaurant is excellent — the pizza is fantastic. The heated outdoor pool is absolutely amazing :) I highly recommend the atmospheric spa with excellent treatments and top-notch service.

I already gave my 5 ⭐️ to the front desk on the first day of our stay :) But with each passing day, I realized — 5 stars just isn’t enough. As we all know, hotel experiences can vary, but this one exceeded our expectations by 120%. And that 120% is thanks to the people — always smiling, always friendly. The level of personal culture is truly high. Everything was clean, delicious, and incredibly comfortable. Thank you to the waitstaff for your morning smiles and kind words, to the kitchen for the out-of-this-world food, to the housekeeping team for your care and cleanliness, to the front desk for simply being there and helping with everything, and to the gentlemen making sure the pool water stays warm and who are always up for a nice chat when opening it on request. You are amazing. I haven’t even checked out yet, but I already feel fully rested and relaxed. Thank you — I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is located right in the center of Karpacz, which is a big plus as a base for mountain hikes or skiing trips. The staff is professional, very friendly, and attentive to every detail to make guests feel comfortable. The food in the restaurant is delicious, with a wide variety of dishes — there’s something for everyone 😊 Spa treatments can soothe you even after the toughest day :)
